At Made Regal, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer following return policy:

Returns Accepted: Within 3 days of delivery (contact to our chat section for return in case of any Damage or Defect). Note: Parcel opening video is must to claim Return and Refund.

Return Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50.00 will be charged for all return shipments.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order at help.maderegal@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
